ADSTO is sole owner of the “ADSTO” trademark (hereafter the “Brand”) and of the domain name. The Brand and the Site qualify for protection under the intellectual property rights laws.

The Site as a whole and all of the elements within it (specifically but not exclusively, text, tree structures, software, animations, photographs, illustrations, diagrams, logos) are the sole property of ADSTO, which is the only entity authorized to make use of the intellectual property rights related to its ownership.
